This is not a stock item. Each wooden check presenter is shaped round, rectangular or square to match your logo, then worked from 3.5 cm (1.4 in) solid wood in our Cappadocia (Türkiye) workshop. The lid slides open sideways; the cash tray is lined with soft felt.

The Architab wooden check presenter is made from 3.5 cm (1.4 in) kiln-dried solid wood in our workshop in Nevşehir, Cappadocia. The rectangular model measures 12.5×20 cm (4.9×7.9 in) outside, with a 7.5×17 cm cash area; the round model is 17×18.5 cm (6.7×7.3 in) with a 13 cm (5.1 in) diameter tray. The lid slides open sideways instead of hinging, and the cash tray is lined with soft felt. The shape of the box follows your logo: a round coffee emblem gets a round body, a horizontal wordmark gets a rectangular one. Minimum order is 3 pieces; each order goes into production after purchase and ships within 15 business days. The box is furniture-grade wood, built to be used daily for years. The photos show reference pieces; yours ships with your own logo.

Why We Skipped the Hinge
Hinged bill boxes fail at the lid first. Screws loosen, the lid sags, and the box retires early. So we cut a channel into the solid body instead: the lid slides sideways and never separates from the box.

Yes, customization is standard for this product. After purchase you email your logo artwork as a PDF to info@hitab.net; the box is then cut round, rectangular or square to suit the logo, and the logo is worked into the wood. How is a slide-open lid different from a hinged one?
A slide-open lid has no hinge or screws; it moves sideways in a channel cut into the solid body. Hinged boxes loosen at the screws over time and the lid starts to sag, while the sliding system has no metal hardware to fail. Servers can open and close it with one hand.
What does the felt lining in the tray do?
The felt keeps coins from clattering against the wood and stops them scratching the tray over time. Receipts, cards and cash rest on the felt without sliding. The lining sits in the base of the cash compartment.
How do I clean a wooden bill holder?
Wipe it with a damp cloth. Because the box is solid wood, it is not dishwasher safe and should not be soaked; surface cleaning is all it needs. Furniture-grade wood keeps its finish for years with regular wiping.

The box is made from kiln-dried natural solid wood; no plywood or MDF is used. The body is 3.5 cm (1.4 in) thick and finished to furniture grade. Production combines hand work and CNC in the Architab workshop in Nevşehir, Cappadocia.
