Return and Refund Policy
At Architab, we take pride in the quality of our handcrafted wooden products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Return Window
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@hitab.net with your order number and the reason for the return. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address.
3. Return Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (e.g., credit card). You will receive the credit within 7 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
5. Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items that meet our return criteria.
6. Customized and Personalized Products
Please note that products with custom digital printing (such as specific logos or personalized designs) are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective, due to their custom-made nature.
7. Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage so we can arrange a replacement or a full refund.
