How to Choose Hotel Key Tags
The right model depends on your room count, front-desk setup and the character of your property. Four criteria settle the decision.
Shape and size
The rectangular solid wood model (8 × 4 cm / 3.1 × 1.6 in) gives the classic hotel key fob look, while the round model (6 × 7.5 cm / 2.4 × 3 in) reads softer. The square-cut 6.5 cm walnut bar model takes the least space on a key board. Choose rectangular for key boards, round and light for keys guests carry in their pockets.
Numbering and logo
Numbers are built as a raised 3D layer, and the digital pigment print sits under an acrylic glass cover. Surface-printed budget tags scratch over time; the layered build does not.
Quantity and lead time
Minimum order is 5 pieces; personalized production takes 6-15 business days depending on quantity. From 100 pieces up, a fully custom shape and pattern can be developed for your hotel.
Material and durability
The solid pine or dark-grained solid walnut body is finished with a double coat of Hardwax Oil and stands up to sweat and moisture in daily use. At 30-40 g (1-1.4 oz), it removes the pocket weight of metal fobs. Pine suits light, rustic interiors; walnut suits stone-built and darker premium settings.

Yes. Your logo is added to the keychains free of charge during production. Simply send it via WhatsApp (+90 384 219 33 00) or to info@hitab.net — a vector file is ideal, but a clear image also works.
How are room numbers applied — will they wear off?
Room numbers are not flat prints; they are built as a raised 3D layer and, depending on the model, sit under an acrylic glass cover. They do not rub off with daily contact from keys, nails or bags. Surfaces are also finished with a double coat of Hardwax Oil.
What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum order for wooden hotel keychains is 5 pieces. Even at 5 pieces, each keychain can carry a different room number plus your logo.

Yes. The solid pine body is made for daily front-desk use, and at 30-40 g (about 1-1.4 oz) it is noticeably lighter than metal fobs. Numbers and logos sit under the protective layer, so they do not scratch away like surface prints on acrylic tags.
