What's included in the price of the Solid Wood Boutique Hotel Keychain?
The price includes engraving your hotel logo and room numbers onto the wood at no extra charge. Digital pigment printing, quality control, and standard packaging are also included. Shipping is calculated separately based on order size and destination.
What's the minimum and maximum order quantity?
The minimum order is 5 pieces, so we work with small boutique hotels as well as large chains. We can produce up to 5,000 pieces in a single run for bigger properties. Unit cost typically drops as the order quantity grows.
How long does production and delivery take?
Once you approve your digital proof, production and delivery take 6 to 15 business days depending on order size. Smaller orders tend to land toward the shorter end of that range. Shipping time comes on top of this and depends on your destination.
What file format should I send my logo in, and what if the resolution is low?
Vector files such as PDF, SVG, or AI are ideal because they stay sharp at any size. If you don't have a vector file, PNG or JPG at least 1000 pixels wide also works. If the logo you send isn't sharp enough for printing, we'll tell you before production starts, and we never print without your proof approval.
Will my logo print in color on a dark wood model?
Dark wood models use a single color for the logo and room number to keep them legible, while light wood models get full-color printing. We recommend this approach because a multi-color print loses contrast against a dark background and the logo becomes harder to read. The digital proof we send before your order ships shows the exact print color and placement.
How many wooden hotel keychains should I order for my hotel?
A good rule of thumb is your room count plus 20 percent as backup stock. For a 30-room hotel, that means ordering around 36 pieces to start. That extra margin lets you replace a lost or damaged keychain for a guest right away.
Are these wooden hotel keychains durable enough for daily guest use?
Each piece is made from solid wood throughout, giving it a sturdy build suited to daily guest handling. It's designed to hold up to being carried in a pocket or bag and passed between guests and staff. We don't recommend prolonged soaking or constant exposure to moisture; under normal, dry conditions it holds up for years.
